EuroWeb launched the use of the 21 prefix for all the NeoPhoneX Classic IP and Pro customers from mid September 2006.
EuroWeb with its new service allows users to be called directly through the Internet from nearly all Internet based, fixed-line or mobile networks.

The change from the previous NeoPhoneX virtual number field to the 21 prefix similarly to earlier EuroWeb service expansions is covered by EuroMACC with its CPSS SIP system's new version, which has among many other the following functions:

- 21 number field handling as a SIP number
- registration of number 21 and the potential of call initiation
