Rapid dataexchange with the migrator™
- Information requirement. Information on customers, active services and invoices is presented on both company and customer service portals. The current data is collected in a clearly defined structure and format from the relevant back-end systems (ERP, CRM), before being converted and forwarded to the portal.
- Data collection. The migrator™ collects and reads data from the customer database (CRM), from technical databases and from the financial system (ERP) in accordance with set parameters and at a specified time or when triggered by a particular event.
- Data transformation. Collected and read data is converted by the migrator™ to the required data structure, and if necessary, stored in its own database. During transformation, the migrator™ checks the data, creates an error list according to requirements, and automatically corrects errors in the format or content of the data.
- Data forwarding and data storage. The data produced in the requested structure and format are loaded by the migrator™ into the portal system's database.
