An R&D project of EuroMACC Ltd. titled „Mediated process of dynamically changing, generic and heterogeneous price tables by new generation rating engine” is being awarded with 45% subsidy from the KMOP 2009-1.1.4 tender fund of New Hungary Development Project - Middle-Hungarian Operative Program.
The goal of the development financed partially by European Union sources is to develop a universal rating engine, which can co-operate with new generation, already implemented CRM systems, supports multi-level, interactive discounting, or defining service/product packages with discounts for apparently incompatible services – resulting the ability to keep the customer base built up in the recent years. Wholesale companies can follow the fast price changes and the new entities of liberalized electricity and gas market can implement unique pricing structure for their residential and industrial consumers.
